A home visit comes before the quote. Everything is boxed, wrapped and labelled, and boxes are reused where possible. Furniture is wrapped and protected, with beds, wardrobes and flat pack pieces dismantled and reassembled, and extra care is taken over antiques, mirrors and artwork.
